Council profile

City of Maribyrnong is divided into seven wards. There is a total of seven councillors.
  • Bluestone Ward  (1 councillor)
  • Ironbark Ward  (1 councillor)
  • River Ward  (1 councillor)
  • Saltwater Ward  (1 councillor)
  • Sheoak Ward  (1 councillor)
  • Stony Creek Ward  (1 councillor)
  • Wattle Ward  (1 councillor)

Map of the City of Maribyrnong, which is divided into seven wards. The Eastern boundary follows the Maribyrnong River. River Ward in the north includes Maribyrnong and Maidstone. Stony Creek Ward includes Braybrook and Tottenham. Ironbark Ward is south of Maidstone. Bluestone Ward includes West Footscray. Saltwater Ward includes Footscray. Wattle Ward includes Kingsville and part of Yarraville. Sheoak Ward includes Seddon and part of Yarraville.
